From People on Psychedelics
Isaac Abrams (born 1939) is a self-taught, American artist with an academic background in literature, history, science, and psychology.
- "During the LSD session, he discovered that there was also a rich inward life – spiritual, pre- or extra logical, irrational or going beyond reason. At the same time, he first became aware of the world as possessing a balance, a harmony, above all a unity not evident to him before. Afterward, even on the city streets, his awareness was mainly of the sacred and the beautiful. These were the things he felt compelled to express and he turned to painting and drawing as the best means for this expression." -- http://web.archive.org/web/20121119051256/http://www.microcosmgallery.com/abrams/index.shtml
