Ernst Jünger (29 March 1895 – 17 February 1998) was a German writer. In addition to his political essays, novels and diaries, he is well known for Storm of Steel, an account of his experience during World War I.
- Describes his experiences with alcohol, cannabis, cocaine, opium, tobacco, mescaline, mushrooms, ether, speed, chloroform and LSD in his book Annäherungen: Drogen un Rausch.
- Albert Hofmann dedicates a chapter in his book LSD: My Problem Child to describe Ernst Jünger's first LSD-experince with him.
